Terms and Conditions of Sale:                 

Sales Policy:

1. We will do everything we can to make sure the part is correct. We can send a picture, schematic, or talk on the phone until we are certain the part is correct. Your credit card will not be billed until the part is verified in stock and ready to ship. All parts are new aftermarket parts.
2. IMPORTANT NOTE. PLEASE READ: Parts listed as the following:

"FRONT BUMPER W/STRIP"

Or "FENDER W/MOLDING  W/FLARE"

Or "FRONT BUMPER W/FOG LAMPS"

means they only have the HOLES for the molding or fog lights. Also, bumpers that have bumper ends, the ends are sold separately

Bumpers and Fenders do not come with moldings, guards, lights or ends. They are sold separately.  Emblems and insignias are not included.

  3.   Please make sure part is correct before installing or painting.

Returns:

1. If the part is wrong or the quality is not to your liking, call 800-832-7552. We will arrange shipping it back for full credit. If it is perfectly clear (100% certainty) the customer ordered the wrong part he/she will be responsible for shipping charges.

Shipping:

1. Important: HOODS, FULL SIZE FENDERS (not foreign fenders), and LARGE BUMPERS cannot be shipped UPS. They must go truck freight and that gets costly (usually $90.00-$200.00) so call if you still want a large item shipped and get a shipping price quote. Multiple items: Sometimes shipping costs pile up on multiple items ordered. That is a software error I have not corrected yet. I will e-mail you back with a corrected freight amount. We do not plan to make money on freight. We try and be as accurate as we can.
2. SHIPPING CLAIMS. If possible check parts right away for damage. We insure all parts so there should be no problems with UPS claims. Please do not accept visibly damaged parts. UPS will return damaged parts to Bumper and Auto.

Shipping method:  

1.   Small items (headlamps, small grilles, ect.)  will be shipped 3 day priority US Mail
2.   Larger items under 130" L X W X H will go Fed-Ex ground                                                                      
3.   Items over 130" (hoods, large fenders) will need to go truck freight (Yellow, Overnite, ect.)
4.   UPS and Fed-Ex have been taking 4 to 7 day to deliver to the East or West coast

Availability of parts listed:

1. There are times when we do run out of a part. You will be notified right away of the status of the part and when it can be shipped.
2. Prices may change because of vender cost increase/decrease.
